The OGF database identifies Hermann Sander, called Kröger, and Catharina Spille as Marie Catharina Sander’s parents. It records their marriage at Dötlingen on April 14, 1796. A transcription of Marie’s 1832 marriage entry separately identifies her father as the deceased Herrmann Sander of Dötlingen.
